Queenie leads Daache where technology meets market, the exact seam the organisation is built on. She runs her own company, The Virtual Department, and brings a background spanning computer science and marketing to the platform. Her conviction is that African technology rarely fails on merit; it fails for want of visibility and a route to the people who can back it. She leads the marketplace, the review process and the Technology Exchange Forum, the work that turns a listing into a deal.

More than three decades of youth and development work in Ghana. Kwame's conviction that Africa has never made a serious, sustained attempt to bring its technology innovation to market is the belief Daache was built on.
